My passion for technology and business ignited early in my life, beginning in Piracicaba, Sao Paulo, Brazil. I built my academic foundation at FIU, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a Minor in Business Administration, followed by a Master of Science in Information Systems Business Cybersecurity. This education provided me with a comprehensive understanding of technology, business strategy, and the critical importance of security in the digital age. I also obtained certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies (PMI, PMP) and Agile/Scrum (Scrum Inc - Scrum Master, Product Owner), highlighting my commitment to effective execution.

My professional career officially began at Miami Micro Data, where I took on the significant responsibility of spearheading the implementation of Oracle's enterprise construction project portfolio management platform for the Port Miami Tunnel. This initial role provided invaluable hands-on experience in complex project execution and the transformative power of technology in infrastructure development.

Building on this foundation, I joined Bayview Asset Management, where my focus shifted to optimizing data management processes. A key accomplishment during this period was the development of a portfolio management data warehouse solution that streamlined operations and achieved a significant saving of over 400 person-hours monthly. This demonstrated my ability to analyze business challenges and implement effective technological solutions.

My journey then led me to Visa, where I had the opportunity to leverage the power of Big Data analytics to drive revenue growth. By applying strategic insights and analytical rigor, I successfully generated an additional $1.25 million for the Latin American market. This experience highlighted the significant impact of data-driven decision-making on achieving tangible business results. During my time at Visa, I also contributed to the implementation of Tap to Pay for the NYC Subway.

Following my role at Visa, I took on a critical role at Oracle, where I was instrumental in building out the organization's cybersecurity program and establishing robust vulnerability management initiatives. In an increasingly complex digital landscape, this experience honed my skills in protecting critical assets and ensuring organizational resilience against evolving threats.

Then, I transitioned to the consulting world at MMI New York working for Blackstone Inc, where my focus was on providing strategic guidance and managing key initiatives for Blackstone. Overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 30 teams with a substantial budget exceeding $30 million, I gained extensive experience in high-level strategic planning and execution within the financial services sector.

Most recently, I served as the Senior Vice President of Business Process Optimization at Strategic Association Solutions (SAS), I drove significant efficiency and innovation for trade organizations and professional societies. My tenure involved the comprehensive strategic implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including AI and data analytics, coupled with leading impactful change management initiatives.

My primary focus remains on consistently delivering measurable improvements and achieving high rates of user adoption for the solutions we implement, drawing upon my diverse experiences to empower membership-based organizations to thrive in today's dynamic environment. My fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish also facilitates effective communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholders. Furthermore, my insights into cryptocurrency asset management, gained through speaking at global summits since 2013 and contributing to management consulting literature, add a unique dimension to my strategic thinking.
